right! God is complex...as in, we cannot fully comprehend Him, but...we as people weigh our ownselves down with very different complexities. for instance: God says, "one man for one woman." however, we people say, "i want to cheat on my husband." then the woman gets pregnant with a baby that isn't her husband's.
or like...God says not to steal. so then we don't study for a test b/c we'd rather watch three movies before bed, and the test day comes and the smart kid in school is sitting right in plain view, so we copy all his answers and then we get caught and then we get kicked out of school.
remember that comic strip "the family circle"? every once in awhile, there'd be one where the mom tells the little boy to go next door and ask to borrow sugar or something, and so then the next panel is of this red line that starts at the house and then snakes all over the yard and over the fences and under the bushes and through the sandbox and down the slide and over this and under that...finally ending at the neighbor's house.
we as people aren't complex as in "deep," we are complex as in that comic strip.
